Concerning the application for a permit to reclaim public waters in the Second-phase Land Development Project for Kansai International Airport

Kansai International Airport Land Development Co., Ltd. has applied to the Governor of Osaka Prefecture for a permit to reclaim public waters based on Article 2, Section 1 of the Public Waters Reclamation Act.��We hereby announce this fact.
The Osaka Prefectural government will announce later that it has accepted this application, and it will be possible for the public to inspect papers and drawings related to this application for 3 weeks following the date of this announcement.
