航行安全センターとは
What is Workships Information Service Center

「航行安全センター」は、2期工事海域付近の船舶の航行安全確保と情報活動の中枢として24時間体制で大きな役割を担い、平成20年3月31日に業務を終了しました。
The Workships Information Service Center stopped providing services on March 31, 2008. As the hub of navigation safety and information services for shipping near the second-phase construction area, the Center played a large role in the project’s round-the-clock operation.

  １ 工事作業船の運航状況の確認と
安全航行の指導、並びに情報の提供
 Confirming the circumstances and conditions of
the workships traffic, guiding for the safe navigation
２ 警戒船を指揮運用し、
工事海域周辺の警戒
 Operating the escort boarts for the environs of the
construction areas
３ その他船舶の航行安全に関する
情報の収集及び提供
 Collecting and supplying information for the ships

基本航行ルート
 多数の工事作業船が航行するルートは、一般船舶のルートと複雑に重なり
あっており、各船舶間の危険な航行関係を極力避けるため、往路・復路を
分離した基本航行ルートを設けています。
航行安全センターの業務が終了した現在も、工事作業船は基本航行ルートを
航行しています。

 The basic traffic routes
 The routes that a number of workships traffic overlap with those of the ships complicatedly
so the basic traffic routes divided for entrance and departure are settled to avoid
dangerous crossing among the ships.
The basic workship traffic routes are still active, even though the Workships Information
Service Center has now stopped providing services.
